郑直

郑直,男,196711月出生,二级教授,中原学者,博士生导师(兼职)。本科硕士博士分别毕业于华中师范大学、清华大学和香港中文大学化学系。现任许昌学院校长,许昌市政协副主席,九三学社中央委员,九三学社河南省委副主委、许昌支社主委,河南省微纳米能量储存与转换材料重点实验室主任,国务院政府特殊津贴专家,教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划入选者,河南省科技创新杰出人才和杰出青年基金获得者。第十批河南省优秀专家,河南省优秀教师、河南省学术技术带头人,材料学河南省重点学科学术带头人,河南省微纳米结构与应用创新团队带头人。

主要从事化学及材料科学的教学和科研工作,共发表SCI收录论文270余篇,包括《J. Am. Chem. Soc.》《Adv. Mater.》《Energy Environ. Sci.》等化学材料领域顶尖杂志,H-index 51;研究工作被《Chemical Reviews》等学术期刊作专门评述,主持6项国家自然科学基金面上项目,主持完成教改省级重点项目2项,完成1项国家自然科学基金重大研究计划培育项目子课题。共获得国家发明专利授权60余件,其中第一发明人28件。研究成果纳米表界面低温调控与光/电催化性能增强获得河南省科技进步一等奖(第一完成人)、“钧瓷釉微纳结构调控技术及应用”获得河南省科技进步二等奖(第一完成人);获得国家教学成果奖二等奖(第一完成人)、河南省高等教育教学成果奖特等奖(第一完成人)各一项。作为第一发明人的专利一种通过外加纳米材料在氧化气氛下烧制钧瓷的方法成功转化,并获得河南省专利奖二等奖;作为指导教师,指导本科生11次获得大学生挑战杯互联网+创新创业大赛纳米之星等国家级二等奖、三等奖以及省级特等奖和一二等奖,获得了河南省大学生创新创业训练计划卓越成就奖。

发现了一种表面化学新反应,首次提出了轻敲化学(Chemistry with a tiny and light hammer表面化学反应新机制,实现了10nm超薄交联膜的可控制备。发展了系列新型光电能源材料。采用低温软化学方法,发展了纳米表界面的精准调控策略,解决了光电转换、光催化、光电分解水过程中的共性科学问题。提出并发展了DMSER金属表面元素直接反应,建立了一种有序纳米结构半导体薄膜的原位合成及杂化太阳能电池器件构筑的新方法,揭示了界面钝化和能带调控等对改善载流子传输的作用本质。首次报道了硫化银杂化薄膜太阳能电池,在全室温下制备,具有超高的电流密度和稳定性,首次报道了具有带隙1.8eVCuBiI4薄膜及太阳能电池器件并,保持了Cu-Ag-Bi-I新型薄膜太阳能电池的效率记录。

研究兴趣:  

1、有机、无机及其杂化半导体薄膜的制备及在太阳能电池材料等领域的应用;  

2、微纳米结构半导体材料的制备及应用;  

3、低能量离子束对表面材料的改性;  

4、仿生合成的研究及其在相转变材料(PCM)等领域中的应用
