杨启，男，1990年1月生于河南省洛阳市，中共党员。2013年7月毕业于大连理工大学大学材料科学与工程学院，材料成型及控制工程专业，获工学学士学位；2019年9月毕业于大连理工大学材料科学与工程学院，材料加工工程专业，获工学博士学位（硕博连读），主要从事金属材料成分设计/失效分析/工艺优化，金属疲劳/微动疲劳机理与防护技术研究。已经在《International Journal of Fatigue》、《WEAR》、《Surface ＆ Coatings Technology》、等国际期刊发共表SCI收录论文近10篇，
